e releases land on npm as @subimpact/e. Every entry here names what shipped and, where it matters, what was refused at the door. Fixes flow in from upstream; addons never do.

Changed: the header glyph was retraced from the tom-thumb bitmap font lowercase e. The mouth opens under the crossbar, the bottom curve curls back under the bar, and the two-tone terminals were dropped as unreadable noise at 4x4. All coral. A pixel-decode guard test pins the exact cells so a relapse fails the suite, not your screen.

Fixed: the header glyph really is a lowercase e. 0.99.8 shipped a top line drawn as solid blocks, which turned the mark back into a flag. A render guard test now decodes the glyph back to its 4x4 pixel grid, so a flag-shaped regression fails the suite instead of shipping.

Changed: the header glyph redesigned as a true lowercase e: open top curve, closed bowl, the middle bar as the eye, with the terminals where the stroke enters and leaves. Same brand colors, same two-line header size.

Changed: fullscreen is the default TUI mode (--tui-mode regular as the escape hatch). The 3D easter egg plays a braille dissolve, a spin, and a sliding puzzle, with the e glyph, not the upstream bitmap. Header logo internals renamed to e identity.

Changed: no pi branding leaves e by default. Install telemetry is off unless explicitly opted in, closing the last quiet phone-home path found in the promise audit. Every remaining user-visible "Pi" string now says e.

Breaking: the monorepo itself was carved. The codemode, mcp, and durable (sub-agent runtime) packages were deleted from the repository entirely, not just from the shipped harness. Docs describing the removed systems were rewritten or removed.
